These are busy times for USC. Here we briefly update you on the latest developments in storage.

1Box, Utrecht

Having already been at the location of 1Box in
Hellevoetsluis
storage containers, we recently realized a modest park for the same client in
Utrecht
. At this prime location in the center of the country, easily accessible from the A2 and A27, 1Box still had an unused plot directly behind their premises.

It was some fitting and measuring to maximize filling the site with Z-Boxes. Of course, each storage container had to be easily accessible by car. This has succeeded so that from now on this area too can start generating maximum returns. New customers can come here to store their possessions particularly safely. In fact, the brand new self-storage location is equipped with an electrically operated gate, several cameras and good lighting.

Kontain, Vallentuna, Sweden

In the spring of this year we are going to build another beautiful storage park under the smoke of Stockholm for
Kontain
. This is a sizable park of dozens of containers with a multitude of separately rentable units.

To expedite the opening, it was decided to place a number of containers immediately after the environmental permit was granted. Our engineer Danny guides this process remotely. Where necessary, of course, he will also be on site. The park is already partially in operation. The rest of the storage containers will be installed in the coming months. We created an animation of what the park will look like.
