Revenue increase for operators: 6 tips
As a self-storage operator you naturally want to be successful. That’s only possible if you have a good profitable company. That can be quite difficult when you operate in a market with a lot of competition. However, if you pay sufficient attention to the things below, you might profit from it.
How feasible is a new self storage location?
If there was a self storage podium, we would jump on it and exclaim, “If you want to enter the self storage market or think about expansion; start with a feasibility study!” Market research is more important than ever, especially now that so many new square meters of self storage rental are coming on to the market. Looking back on a memorable 2020

Find the contact with your customer
This year showed us once again how difficult it can be to make predictions or goals come true. Delivering new Z-Boxes in full swing
It was like an early Santa Claus, as many containers as we have ‘handed out’ in the last few weeks… After months of waiting for the ordered Z-Boxes, they finally set foot on Dutch soil at the beginning of November.
